Returns within Sweden
We offer a full refund for returns within 14 days. According to Swedish law, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day after you receive the item, without providing a reason.
To receive a full refund, the item must be in the same condition as when delivered. Before sending back your return, please ensure that:
All price tags and labels are still attached.
PostNord
The product is in its original packaging.
The product is unused and unwashed.
If the item has been handled in a way that reduces its value more than necessary to determine its nature or functionality, we may apply a depreciation deduction to your refund.
Return shipping and handling cost is 100 SEK.
Steps for returning within Sweden
1. Prepare the return
The item should be sent back within 14 days after receiving your delivery. Ensure that the item is in sellable condition.
2. Use the return shipping label
DHL: The return shipping label is included in the package.
Postnord: Contact us at Varg, and we will create a return shipping label with a QR code for you.
3. Fill in the return form
Use the return form included with your delivery and fill it in clearly. If you are missing the form, contact us at shop@vargklader.com.
4. Return the package
For returns, we recommend saving the tracking number and shipping proof for future reference.
5. Costs for returns
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product price and the original shipping cost will be refunded. The return shipping fee (100 SEK) will be deducted from the refund.
If you return only part of your order, no shipping fees will be refunded.
If you chose a more expensive delivery method than standard shipping, the additional cost will not be reimbursed.
Free exchange within Sweden
Do you want to exchange an item for a different size or color? You can exchange it for another size or color of the same product, as long as the price is the same. It is not possible to exchange it for a completely different product or a variant with a different price. Return the incorrect item as described above and place a new order in our shop. Use the included return shipping label and indicate the new order number on the return form.
If your original item was purchased during a promotion or with a discount code, we will of course adjust this afterward so that the same terms apply to your exchange item.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
One free exchange per order – no return handling fee will be charged.
Please note: If your return includes both an exchange and a return, the free exchange does not apply – a return fee will be charged according to our standard terms.

Returns from countries outside of Sweden
We offer a 14-day return policy. Contact us at shop@vargklader.com before sending back your return. You will then receive a return shipping label via email. The return shipping cost is covered by you and will be deducted from your refund.

Return Shipping Costs within the EU, Norway & Switzerland
If you return your entire order within 14 days, we will also refund the original shipping cost. For partial returns, only the cost of the returned item will be refunded, not the shipping cost. If you have chosen a more expensive delivery method than standard shipping, we do not refund the extra cost.
Return shipping will be deducted from your refund:

EU & Switzerland: 19 EUR
Return Shipping Costs Outside the EU
For returns or partial returns within 14 days, we do not refund the original shipping cost. Additional costs for a more expensive delivery method are not refunded.

Exchanges from countries outside of Sweden
For exchanges, please place a new order and contact us to return the original product as described above. Please note that we do not offer free exchanges outside of Sweden, which means that you are responsible for the shipping cost of the new order and for ensuring that the item is returned to our warehouse.
For countries outside the EU, the new order will be shipped as a ”Warranty Replacement Order.” This explains to your local customs office that taxes and duties have already been paid. If your customs office still requires an additional fee, show proof that it is an exchange item and that you have already paid the fee. Keep the tracking number for your return and the receipt for the fee.
Return Processing and Refunds
We strive to process returns as quickly as possible once they arrive at our warehouse. Typically, returns are processed within five business days.
During high traffic periods, such as during launches and campaigns, return processing may take longer. We appreciate your patience and will process your return as quickly as possible.
Your purchase will be refunded using the same payment method used for the original order. It may take 2-4 business days for the bank transaction to be processed, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Additional VAT fees will not be refunded. If you wish to be refunded for your customs duties and/or taxes, you must contact your local UPS or DHL service center. Show proof or a receipt that you have returned the items, and they will assist you. Shipping costs will not be refunded unless there is a complaint.
Swedish customers who have chosen Klarna invoice as a payment method will receive an updated invoice once we have confirmed receipt of the returned goods. All payments made via Klarna are managed by Klarna. Vargkläder activates the refund once we have received the returned product.
What is not covered by the return policy?
For hygiene reasons, Vargkläder cannot offer refunds or exchanges for:
Swimwear and underwear where the hygiene seal has been broken or if there is any suspicion that the item has been used beyond trying it on.
