Delivery

For our Swedish customers, packages are delivered with DHL or PostNord, and you will get a notification via e-mail or SMS when your package is ready for collection at your local service point. All orders are processed and delivered within 1-7 business days.

For our Norwegian customers, packages are delivered with Posten Bring, and you will get a notification via e-mail or SMS when your package is ready for collection at your local service point. All orders are processed and delivered within 5-10 business days.

For customers outside Sweden, your package is sent with UPS, and they usually deliver between 8-18 business days (delivery during daytime). To fill in your work address is a tip if it is where you are usually at during daytime. We do not deliver to post office boxes, army post office, and fleet post office addresses. All international orders are traceable, see more at UPS. All orders are processed and delivered within 3-10 business days.

Please make sure to submit the correct billing and shipping address associated with your payment in order to avoid delays in receiving your order. Vargkläder insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until the package has been delivered to your specified address. If your order is lost, you need to contact us as soon as possible in order to start an investigation with UPS/DHL. The investigation takes up to 10 business days and we´ll be contacted through email once the investigation is closed. Vargkläder is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. We do not refund any freight costs unless there has been an error from our end.
