These terms and conditions apply to all use of Vargkläder AB website. Vargkläder AB reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time. Vargkläder AB reserves the right to seek all solutions available at law and in equity for violations of these Terms and conditions, including the right to block access to the site.

CONTENT AND TRADEMARK
The website and content at Vargläder AB are intended solely for personal, non-commercial use. You may download or copy the content or other possible materials displayed on the website for personal use only. All content on the website, including designs, text, illustrations, photos, logos, film and images, are the property of Vargkläder AB. All trademark and company names mentioned or visible on the website are the property of their owners.
Nothing on the website should be construed as granting or otherwise construed any license or right to use any material appearing on the website, accept to the extent permitted by mandatory law, without our written approval.
Vargkläder always strives to display correct texts and contents, however Vargkläder does not guarantee that all products included in the Vargkläder web shop are in stock at the time your order is placed. In the event that an item is unavailable, Vargkläder will contact you soonest possible by e-mail or phone. Vargkläder cannot guarantee that all content is free of inaccuracies or typographical errors at all times. Neither can we promise that all information is up-to-date at all times. Vargkläder has the right to update or change content of the site at any time. Vargkläder has the right to cancel order prior to dispatch should we find that the price is not correct. In such case we will notify you by e-mail or phone.
Vargkläder AB disclaims any and all liability for any and all damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Webshop.
In Vargkläder webshop your personal details will be registered. We handle all personal details with care. We only collect information about you to process your order and if you confirm you would like to receive newsletter, we will also use your personal details for our newsletters. We will never pass your personal details or order details to any other company, other than to process your order.
You have the right to view your personal details upon request. If they are wrong, incomplete or irrelevant, you have the right to demand that the files be corrected or deleted.

ACCEPTANCE OF ORDERS
When placing an order on vargclothes.com you confirm that you have read these terms and conditions and that you agree to them. Vargkläder may choose to not accept your order in our discretion for any reason whatsoever without liability to you. Examples of when we may not accept your order are as follows:
*If we are unable to obtain authorization of your payment.
*If products are shown on the website but are not available or are incorrectly priced or otherwise incorrectly described.
*If the delivery address you submit is the address of an entity or individual providing freight forwarding services.
ORDER ACKNOLEDGEMENT MAIL
After submitting your order, we will send you an order acknowledgement by email with your order number, details of the product you have ordered from us and delivery details. Please note that the receipt email is an acknowledgement that we have received your order and is not an acceptance of the order.
Once the order has been processed, a shipping confirmation email will be sent with tracking information and shipping address.
All prices on the site are stated in EUR in SEK and in NOK. When entering the site you choose your currency and Vargkläder is not responsible for currency changes/exchange rates that your local bank might have when exchanging into your local currency. The price presented for each article is excluding freight. Freight costs are presented separately under the heading “freight”
The Vargkläder AB Online Store ships to all countries within the EU, Norway, Canada and USA.
TAXES, CUSTOMS DUTIES AND FEES
For all orders shipped to countries within the European Union VAT is included in the prices and will be charged at the Checkout.
For shipment to countries outside the European Union may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country (Import Fees).
(Note that taxes and duties can be various depending on product value, please contact your local customs office for the right information.)
Note that prices for these countries are shown on the website including taxes but once you go to “Check out” and select delivery address, your balance will be deducted by 20% (Swedish VAT). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees. A separate invoice will be sent to you from our distribution partner UPS or DHL.
Please note that US customers will not be charged for any customs duties or import fees upon receipt of the products if the order amount is below 800 USD. Customs duties and import fees is added above 800 USD. Shipping costs and eventual local sales taxes might be added.
SHIPPING AND SHIPPING COSTS
Vargkläder AB Online Store uses DHL service point for shipments within Sweden and DHL Express for all international shipments. Shipment fees are as follows:
Sweden: orders under 2000 sek 69 sek
Sweden orders over 2000 sek free
EU orders 15 Eur
Norway orders 200 Nok
Outside EU 30 Eur
All orders are processed and delivered within 5-10 business days.
For our Swedish customers packages are sent out with DHL service point and you will get an SMS when your package is ready for collection at your local dhl service point.
For customers outside Sweden your package are sent with DHL express and they usually deliver between 8-18 (work hours) business days so filling out your work address is a tip if it’s there you usually spend your days. We don’t deliver to post office boxes, army post office and fleet post office addresses. All international orders are fully traceable using DHL Track. www.dhl.com
Please make sure to submit the correct billing and shipping address associated to your credit card in order to avoid delays of receiving your order. Vargkläder AB insures each purchase during the time it´s in transit until it´s delivered to your specified address. If you order is lost you need to contact us as soon as possible in order to start an investigation with DHL. The investigation takes up to 10 business days and we´ll be contacted through email once the investigation is closed. Vargkläder are not responsible for any delays caused by destinations customs clearance processes. We don’t refund any freight costs unless it’s because an error from our side.
If you refuse your order or if we can’t deliver the package because of wrong or faulty information we will deduct the shipping and any other fees such as import tax and duty that been added on from your refund as the invoices then will be turned to us. Refund transactions will be reimbursed within 10 business days from the day it reached our warehouse to the credit card / PayPal/ Klarna account that was used when placing the order.
All orders are final and due to the high tempo at our warehouse we are not able to cancel any placed orders.
We cannot guarantee that colors on the website will be true to life. This depends partly on the color settings of your computer and monitor.
In case of force majeure (e.g. war, civil war, revolution, riot, governmental measures, strike, lockout, blockage, failure of electricity, telephone or internet service, natural disasters or similar events) the contract between you and Vargkläder can be partially or fully terminated by Vargkläder Ab.
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase – return goods with a full refund – or exchange size of products during a period of 14 days after you have received the products. All products must be returned unused (in good condition), with labels intact and together with their original packaging, to our warehouse in Sweden Askim. Please note that you will have to pay shipping costs for returning the product.
Note it is important that you use the return form you received with your delivery. If you have lost it, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
For returns within Sweden a pre-printed return label is included in the package. We offer you to return items for a full refund. If you want to exchange product, see further below. Please note that we will deduct 75 SEK from your refund when using the pre-printed DHL return label.
Eu and Norway
For returns from countries outside Sweden, please note that you are responsible for arranging and paying the return shipment. Please note that Vargkläder AB do not refund any freight costs

Returns will be processed within 10 business days from the day it reached our warehouse. Please note that the handling time might take longer during public holidays and sale periods.
If you are not happy with something you ordered you have a 14 day cooling off period to verify that the products suits you. The 14 day period applies on all products. Even on sale. All products need to be in original condition and you bear the cost of the return shipping. We will carry out a refund for the item sent back and the eventual outgoing shipping cost within 10 business days from the day your return has arrived at our warehouse. Please note that we will not refund you for the outgoing shipping cost if you return parts of your order. The cooling off period is only eligible for EU-customers.
You can exchange items into different sizes and colors within the same price range as the item you´re returning. All exchanges are based on stock availability and are shipped to you free of charge. If you want to exchange to an item that cost more please return your item with a request for a refund and purchase the new item separately. Received returns with request of exchange to an item that costs more or are out of stock will automatically be refunded and you need to purchase the new item separately.
All exchange orders to countries outside the European Union are sent out marked as ”Warranty Replacement Order”. This explains for your customs that you have already paid government tax and duty on your original tracking number, and that this is a replacement item. Should your customs insist and issue the fee again you will need to show proof that it is an exchange item and that you have already paid the fee, and have sent the original order back to us. Please have the tracking for your return and the receipt for the fee at hand.
We guarantee that the goods you have ordered are free from errors at delivery. Should you receive a defect or wrongly supplied product, contact Customer Service as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days. Return the product in the condition it was received followed by a damage or error report, you will get a new and correct product within 2-3 weeks. The mis-delivered goods must be in unused condition. Return the product together with the payment confirmation. Please fill in the reason for return in the form.
NOTE! Before you return the defective / wrongly supplied product, you must contact Customer Service to get the return pass. firstname.lastname@example.org
Refund transactions will be reimbursed to the credit card / PayPal account that was used when placing the order. The bank transaction might take up 2-3 business days to proceed depending on your bank /credit holders.
Additional VAT charges will not be refunded. If you want a refund for your duties and/or taxes you´ll need to contact your local DHL. Show proof that you have sent the items back for a refund and they will help out. Shipping costs will not be refunded unless there is a complaint.
For Swedish customer who has paid through Klarna will receive an updated invoice once the return have been proceeded.
